The Board of Commissioners has carried out its supervisory and advisory duties to the Board of Directors in good faith, responsibly and prudently for the benefit of the Company. In carrying out its duties and functions, the Board of Commissioners does so independently, guided by the provisions of the Company's Articles of Association and applicable laws and regulations, as well as based on the principles of Good Corporate Governance.
